Should you engage us, you must declare or disclose truthfully all relevant information necessary for us to carry out the services you requested.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

Payment must be made in full before we provide any services. Upon your agreement to us in writing (via email or online messenger services, such as Whatsapp/Telegram, or by signing on our official quotation) to engage us and the issuance of our invoice, we will first verify that payment has been made before proceeding with work.

Payment can be made either through the bank account number or PayNow QR code which we will provide to you, or by any other means we may advise you.

All cost will be borne by you (the client) if you cancel/abort the job midway. If you wish to cancel after payment has been made, but no work has commenced, we will retain 40 SGD as administrative cost.

embassy legalisation

Doculisation has no direct influence over any embassy' approval, time frame, and fees with regards to legalisation. This is entirely determined by each embassy, and their regulations are subject to change periodically.

Embassies generally have express legalisation service at double the standard fee, in the event you require urgent legalisation work done. We will check in with you if you will require this service before proceeding.

We will strive to keep abreast with updates on embassies with regard to their fees, processes, and time frame, so that we may better advise you on the services you require. Should you engage us, we will give you a reasonable estimate of the time frame for completion, based on our current knowledge of the nature of document(s) and the embassy involved.

However, we will not be held accountable for any expenses, claims, damages or losses due to unforeseen delays (for instance, high traffic volume/distant appointment dates at embassies) in the course of carrying out the work.

We strongly encourage you to prepare copies of the original document you intend to legalise before any appointment with us.
